Xinyi Wan

Professional Background

Xinyi has experience in corporate law, international trade disputes, maritime and logistics matters. During law school, Xinyi served as a student attorney at the Law Clinic, providing legal strategy and compliance advice to a local startup, and contributed as a student writer for Transnational Law & Contemporary Problems. Xinyi also worked as a research assistant and participated in pro bono programs focused on international and commercial legal issues.

Memberships

Xinyi is a member of the State Bar of California and holds legal qualification in mainland China.

Education

Xinyi received her Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law and earned her LL.B. in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law.
