Professional Background

Steve is a licensed California attorney with over twenty-six years of experience practicing law throughout California, but primarily in the state and federal courts in San Diego, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties. He has worked for firms large and small and was a founding member of Dorazio & Gregor, LLP, a three-partner law firm located in Rancho Santa Fe, California, where he practiced for ten years until he formed Gregor Law Offices in 2013.

Steve’s multi-faceted practice mainly encompasses representing mid-size and large companies in complex business, corporate, and real estate matters, including but not limited to employment disputes, class actions, disputes between competing businesses, misappropriation of trade secrets, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, lender disputes, insurance disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, and construction defect disputes.

In addition to his litigation practice, Steve enjoys representing and advising his clients in a wide array of business and real estate transactions, including but not limited to business and entity formation, purchasing and selling businesses, residential and commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements and leases, employment and independent contractor agreements, construction contracts and subcontracts, commercial loan documents, and license agreements.

Steve enjoys the practice of law and establishing long-term business relationships with his clients. When Steve is not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is an avid outdoorsman and fisherman and dabbles in music.

Steve is not an employee of Marron Lawyers. As Of Counsel to the Firm, he is an independent attorney with a separate law practice that handles matters and clients having no affiliation with Marron Lawyers. Mr. Gregor’s association with Marron Lawyers is limited to specific matters on an engagement by engagement basis. His work is not affiliated with Marron Lawyers unless the client has a current written engagement letter with Marron Lawyers.

Education

Steven received his Juris Doctor from the California Western School of Law. He attended University of California, Los Angeles, where he majored in Political Science.
