Victoria L. Wood received her J.D. from the Whittier College School of Law and graduated Magna Cum Laude (10th in her class). She served as a Lead Articles Editor for the Whittier Law Review, and published an article entitled, "An Analysis of Appeals from Summary Adjudication in California". Ms. Wood’s article was selected by Lexis Nexis for inclusion in its Litigation Essentials database.
During law school, Ms. Wood interned with both the Office of the Orange County District Attorney (Economic Crimes Unit) and Judge Jamoa Moberly of the Orange County Superior Court. She was also active in the Public Interest Law Foundation and co-Chairperson of the LGBLSA.
Prior to law school, Ms. Wood worked in the financial services industry, specifically for a mutual fund company and as a department manager for an insurance premium finance company. Ms. Wood's prior job duties included contract negotiations, performing on-site operational audits and due diligence, and contract interpretation.
