Mr. Marron's practice focuses on business litigation, insurance coverage, real estate, maritime and the on-demand transportation industry. He has tried more than forty cases to verdict in state and federal courts, as well as private arbitrations. This has lead to millions of dollars in verdicts and settlement. He has represented a wide-range of clients, from Fortune 1000 companies to nonprofit entities. He was the lead trial and appellate counsel in Ceramic Corporation of America et al v. Inka Maritime et al, a noted case in which COGSA immunities for navigational error were deemed not to apply to a vessel operator. He has served as a court-appointed arbitrator in the Long Beach Superior Court.
Mr. Marron is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an exclusive group of attorneys who have obtained jury trial verdicts in excess of $1,000,000. Mr. Marron has obtained jury and court verdicts whose value exceeds $1,000,000 in state and federal court. In recognition of his skill and ethical standards, he also has been rated av by the preeminent attorney rating service Martindale Hubbell. Based on confidential peer review by judges and attorneys, the av rating is the highest available and described as a significant accomplishment a testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.

Mr. Marron received his J.D. from the University of California at Davis School of Law 1986 (represented UC Davis in National Mock Trial Competition 1986) and a B.A. from University of California, Berkeley, in 1982 (Dean's Honor List, Varsity Oarsman for Cal Crew).
